Club Consulting & Management, LLC is a full service hospitality and leisure amenity consulting firm with interim management capabilities, specializing in club turnarounds. CCM has helped developers, club owners and boards throughout the United States and abroad to reach their full potential and financial objectives. We are successful in the bidding and management of municipality owned, private and commercial facilities.
Founded by award winning club manager and tennis professional Jamie Blatman in 2003, the company was originally formed to improve operations, membership at clubs worldwide. Later we grew to assist real estate developers in the design, construction and programming of club facilities. In addition to the design role, CCM took on the hiring and training of key personnel at these facilities. In their consulting duties, they have participated in the writing of employee handbooks, rules and regulations, seasonal staff contracts and drafting by-laws changes. CCM evaluates and develops Food & Beverage operations for clubs, resorts, catering, and restaurant venues, leading to complete financial and menu turnarounds.
Club companies specializing in tennis have sought out Jamie’s expertise in numerous areas of the club and programming operations. While taking over the club and tennis operations at a facility that was being sold by ClubCorp, Jamie was the first manager in 15 years to have every department running on or under budget. In 2012, Jamie took over the tennis operations for one of the nation’s oldest and largest community tennis organizations. Within 10 months, revenue increased by almost half a million dollars, indoor seasonal court revenue exceeded $425,000 per court, and participation exceeded 5,000 students annually for the only time in the program's history.
From his first Head Pro position in the tennis industry, Jamie was able to grow the programs and develop the much needed rapport with membership to create the continued success in growing the overall facility. This type of member engagement is the cornerstone for the company's success. In his first General Manager role, he took an older club with declining membership and aging facilities and re-invented the facility through programming of lessons and events. Within nine months, he doubled the membership, revitalized the facility and overall appeal to current and perspective members and provided the owners with additional revenue. From this point forward Mr. Blatman’s club services were in high demand. All areas of club operations has since become a key focal point of their business. After seven seasons as General Manager for two of the largest beach clubs in the United States
other beach clubs are now continuing clients.

Jamie Blatman
Mr. Blatman’s background is in the field of club operations, food and beverage management and overall club growth. He has Elite certification credentials from the United States Professional Tennis Association and has directed some of the most prestigious clubs and programs in the United States. Mr. Blatman has worked in the private and commercial club arena, as well as with municipal and not for profit programming. Mr. Blatman is also certified as a ServSafe® Manager, Certified Pool Operator and by the Professional Pickleball Registry.
